my partner in crime, girly(miss cebu 08)
im so proud of them, jam(now the mutya ng pilipinas international),karen,moi,doktora,siaannex my backseat lover,mai ...though i didnt make it the top 5 with them, it was a memory to remember with the rest of the 12 miss cebu finalists....
and miss cebu 08 is history but our friendship lasted! (backstage)and so we said goodbye to my top 5 friends as miss cebu 08 winners and welcome the new aspiring miss cebu... im so proud of the 12 candidates who did more than great... i never felt so nostalgic till i saw the new chosen finalists among the hundred ladies who auditioned for miss cebu 09.... the girls made me proud... anyone of the 12 would have been great, after all they have been screened well with the very prestigious commissioners in cebu :) ....
it has just been yeasterday i walked their path... auditions and screenings thrice till i made it in the top 12 miss cebu 08.... it was mental when i got in and so overwhelming.... and till i saw those ladies walking the ramp on national television live! it scared me to death a year ago, i sure think the rest felt it too.... but indeed... the event was great! congratulations to the new miss cebu 09 and the whole bunch.... :) cebuanas are indeed special.... to promote your cebuana culture is the best you can do... as one of the contestants said, you will never succeed if u will not look back to where you come from... so from time to time, check your birth certificate or passport and see if you are what you claim to be... some filipinos are too pride-d claiming theyre european and all... for goodness sake, youre stuck in here... it doesnt mean u utter another language made u from the other country.... u bloody look at where u are from and still where u are now?! :) and then make it better... then make it best...according to the other finalist...
theyre really smart ladies...supersmart i must say.... im proud as their momma's i think.... hahaha
all i know is i had fun with my girls especially my partz girly :D and our daddy rey

sorry the photos are crappy, i move to much and girly too... we moved like toddlers jumping everywhere from backstage to front seat to everywhere xxx
