sportacular

has been changing my activities lately... i usually hate exercising... yet in here boredom kills you... three weeks ago, changed my diet to low carb and its been quite dramatic for the weight change... i know when it comes to toning and all, healthy diet is never enough... since ive been doing NADA, tried to swim at least 1500m a day in an hour and run around 2-3 miles a day, but i do it alternately... its cool to exercise when you are bored to death and doing nothing... :)

some of my mates were longboarding and cycling last week... its cool... kids, stay away from drugs, swim for a cause or do sports... :)

i was being lazy to do separate blogs for each sport, so here... hahaha im sorry
